At Willow Rust, many of our products are custom engraved or made to order. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time

Personalized and engraved items typically ship within 3–10 business days.

Custom tables and large custom orders will take longer depending on project scope.

Corporate and bulk orders will be scheduled based on order size and production timeline.
You will be notified once your order ships.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to all standard-sized products, including personalized and engraved items such as cutting boards, gifts, signage, and smaller products.
Exclusions from Free Shipping
Free shipping does NOT apply to:

Large or oversized items

Bulk corporate orders
Shipping costs for these items will be calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location. Customers will be contacted with shipping options and costs if needed.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our showroom at The Greene in Beavercreek, Ohio.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Delays
Willow Rust is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@willowrust.com with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
